Position : Workday Functional Consultant

Location : Gurugram, HR / Bangalore, KA / Mumbai, MH / Chennai, TN / Hyderabad, TG / Kolkata, WB

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days office per week)

Duration : Full time

Experience : 5-8 years mandatory

Job Description :

• Workday Implementation experience of at least two projects.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Security, Core & Advance Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Reporting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management & Time Tracking.
• Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on above mentioned modules.
• Understanding of any industry would be a plus
• Excellent Communication Skills
