Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Hardware Design Engineer

to join our dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and testing hardware systems, with a strong background in embedded systems, PCB design, and hardware validation. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative product development.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop hardware systems including schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Firmware, Mechanical, Testing) to ensure seamless integration.

Perform signal integrity analysis, power analysis, and thermal management.

Conduct hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation testing.

Work with vendors and manufacturing partners for prototyping and production.

Maintain documentation for design reviews, compliance, and certifications.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

3–9 years of experience in hardware design and development.

Proficiency in tools like Altium Designer, OrCAD, Cadence, or similar.

Strong understanding of microcontrollers, processors, memory interfaces, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, etc.).

Experience with EMI / EMC compliance and regulatory standards.

Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware-hardware interaction.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
