Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver digital marketing assets, in-app visuals, and CRM campaigns that align with brand voice and business objectives.
- Create layouts and visuals within brand guidelines that reinforce the company s style and voice.
- Break down design briefs, research the target audience, and develop creative solutions that resonate with SMB audiences.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Branding teams to ensure alignment of visual assets with business goals and service offerings.
- Develop aesthetics, product artwork, component designs, and marketing materials to enhance the products image.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design projects from ideation through delivery.
- Assess the effectiveness of visual presentation and product imagery to improve design solutions.
- Manage external relationships related to design requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in Visual or Graphic Design.Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field.Strong portfolio showcasing digital graphic design expertise. Motion graphics knowledge is a plus.Advanced proficiency in design software, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite , and freehand illustration.Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively justify and present creative decisions.Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving design environment with a quick iteration approach.Skills Required
