We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do :

• Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about our ceiling fans and designer planters
• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chats with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Process and track sales orders ensuring correct pricing, product details, and timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and orders using digital tools
• Provide expert product knowledge and resolve customer queries with confidence
• Coordinate with the Sales Head, field sales, and store teams for seamless operations
• Generate reports to help the business grow smarter every day
• Actively contribute to a customer-first culture that drives repeat business

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
• At least 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Support
• Positive attitude, high ownership, and excellent time management
• Passion for delivering great customer service and helping customers find the right solution
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Work Schedule :

• Monday to Saturday | 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
