About the Role :

Join our Global Infrastructure and Technology (GIT) team as a IT Hardware & Infrastructure Support Engineer. This mid-level role involves hands-on technical execution, supporting enterprise IT infrastructure through hardware design, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and configure laptops, servers, network devices, and storage systems.
Support hardware provisioning for data centers and enterprise environments.
Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot hardware issues.
Maintain accurate hardware asset records and ensure compliance with security standards.
Collaborate with software, network, and infrastructure teams for seamless integration.
Provide L1 / L2 support and escalate incidents as needed.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to audits.

What We’re Looking For

Basic understanding of server architecture, networking hardware, and storage systems.

Familiarity with hardware monitoring tools and asset management systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation abilities.

Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support.

Qualifications

Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.

4–5 years of experience in hardware or infrastructure support roles (certifications are a plus).

High computer literacy and strong interpretation skills.
