Hearing Aid Technician

We are looking for skilled and compassionate Hearing Aid Technicians to join our audiology team. The ideal candidates will work closely with audiologists to provide high-quality hearing healthcare services, including hearing a id fitting, maintenance, and patient support. Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy.

Diagnosing and treating hearing-related conditions under supervision of an Audiologist.

Conduct hearing aid trials and fittings based on audiometric evaluations.

Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs of hearing aids.

Carry out reprogramming and fine-tuning of hearing devices as needed.

Educate and counsel patients on hearing aid usage, maintenance, and best practices.

Conduct regular follow-up appointments to ensure patient satisfaction and device performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient-centric approach with attention to detail.

Ability to work under the supervision of an audiologist.
