IT Asset Management Specialist

As a seasoned IT asset management professional, you will oversee the enhancement and optimization of our clients' asset lifecycle and configuration management practices across global operations.

We are seeking an experienced specialist who can drive operational excellence in IT asset and configuration management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CMDB architecture and CI types, as well as strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM and CMDB modules.

The key responsibilities of this role include :

• Delivering end-to-end ITAM and CMDB engagements aligned with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and service improvement initiatives.
• Configuring identification and reconciliation rules for reliable CMDB data integrity.
• Monitoring CMDB health and resolving data conflicts between authoritative sources.
• Defining and maintaining standard Configuration Items (CIs), CI relationships, and classification schemas.
• Developing process documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks for ITAM and CMDB.
• Creating and enhancing application maps using ServiceNow Service Mapping.
• Customizing ServiceNow environments through scripting, automation, and module configuration.
• Designing and managing reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous service improvement.
