Associate Financial Analyst

Position Purpose

This position is primarily responsible for invoicing, allocating fees and processing advisor payments for various partners with plans utilizing Fee Based products.

Role And Key Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for plans on the Fee Based platform, charging plan assets, addressing comments and processing advisor fees.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Controller or the Director of Financial Operations.
• Address client / advisor questions and requests for information related to billing for Fee Based plans, fee schedules, eligible / participant report counts and other plan related issues.
• Update Lawson billing system.
• Interact with Frontier Trust concerning fee allocations for plans on Fee Based platforms.
• Create credit memos as needed to correct / adjust invoices.
• Prepare check requests for plan refunds.
• Review, investigate and resolve unapplied payments and credits on a monthly basis.
• Assist the Director of Financial Operations with developing and executing procedures to scale the Fee Based model for business growth.
• Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and / or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.
