POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in instructional design, project management, video creation, and learning management system content development. Additionally, you will work closely with industry professionals and contribute to meaningful projects, enhancing your skills and knowledge within our supportive organization.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with team to help plan and create instructional materials
- Assist in the design and development of instructional materials, including e-Learning modules, assessments, and participant guides
- Support the creation of videos by creating story boards and capturing flows in the product
- Review and edit instructional content for clarity and accuracy
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital resources and learning management systems (LMS)
- Provide support with various administrative tasks, including organizing documentation, scheduling meetings, and managing project tasks
REQUIREMENTS :
Strong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with instructional design principlesBasic knowledge of e-Learning authoring tools (Synthesia, Microsoft ClipChamp, Stream are a plus)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyAbility to adhere to delivery schedules and style guide complianceIndependent, self-driven, and collaborative with the ability to work well in a teamEagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentSKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : Bachelors from an accredited university, with strong proficiency in English communication both written and verbal.
Experience : Basic understanding of instructional design principles :
