We are hiring Recruiter!!!

Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and references.

Conduct telephonic / virtual discussions with candidates to assess role fitment.

Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel.

Prepare and share weekly / monthly recruitment status reports with HR leadership.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data confidentiality, and organizational policies.

Provide support in campus hiring drives, walk-ins, or job fair coordination when required.

Experience :

2-4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (education / university sector preferred).

Familiarity with sourcing techniques through job portals, networking, and references.

Experience in conducting telephonic / virtual interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and advanced reporting.

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Educational Qualification :

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.

Salary range : 30k to 40k per month.
