Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef located in Ratnagiri. The Chef will be responsible for planning menus, preparing meals, ensuring food quality and safety, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The Chef will also be expected to order supplies, manage inventory, and stay updated on culinary trends and best practices. The role will involve working closely with the rest of the team to create an excellent dining experience for all clients.
Qualifications
- Culinary Skills : Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and food presentation
- Food Safety and Hygiene : Knowledge of food safety standards, proper storage, and sanitation practices
- Kitchen Management : Experience in managing kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and inventory management
- Communication and Teamwork : Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Time Management and Organization : Ability to manage time effectively and keep the kitchen organized
- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing situations and stay updated on culinary trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience
