Lead - Delivery Assurance & Operations

Pococare is looking for a Lead - Delivery Assurance & Operations to ensure seamless and fastest access to medical attention during emergencies. This on-site, full-time role involves managing national operations, handling internal teams, and overseeing a network of emergency service vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operations Management : Oversee Pan-India emergency response operations, optimizing workflows for efficiency.
• Team Leadership : Manage Pococare Heartbeat Angels (emergency response team), Operations Associates, Customer Success Executives, and Clinical Associates (MBBS doctors).
• Vendor Management : Build and oversee partnerships with ambulance providers, healthcare-at-home services, and hospitals with emergency care facilities.
• Customer & Partner Coordination : Handle customer onboarding, retention strategies, and relationships with TPAs, insurers, and hospitals.
• Consumer Engagement : Execute on-ground, digital, and direct campaigns to enhance medical emergency awareness.

Who Should Apply?

Candidates with multi-city operations experience in hospitals (ER, call centers, helplines, ambulances), 108 / 102 services, national ambulance operators, or roadside assistance providers will be a great fit.

Must-Have Skills :

Role Essentials :

Location : On-site (6 days / week, 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM)

Availability : As a medical emergency company, candidates must be responsive beyond office hours in case of critical situations.

Qualifications :

MBA / PGDBM in Marketing / Operations Management with 5-8 years of experience in Operations, Healthcare, Field Operations, or Event / Delivery Management.
