Role : SAP Account Manager
Experience Required : 6–12 years
Key Responsibilities :
Manage SAP client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
Oversee delivery across SAP cross-functional modules, coordinating with technical and functional teams.
Drive client engagement, handle escalations, and ensure service excellence.
Utilize JIRA and agile methodologies to manage tasks and progress tracking.
Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align business goals with SAP solution delivery.
Required Skills :
6–12 years of experience in SAP account management.
Strong exposure to SAP retail and cross-functional modules.
Hands-on experience with JIRA project management.
Certified or practical experience as a Scrum Master.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Location : Onsite at Hitech City, Hyderabad (no remote option).
