(Immediate Start) Assistant Production Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager at 3Q Printing Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Vasai Virar. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for planning and managing production schedules, overseeing daily production operations, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Tasks include monitoring production quality and output, coordinating with other departments such as procurement and logistics, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing best practices in production management. The role also involves maintaining accurate production records and reports, adhering to safety protocols, and managing and training production staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and management
• Ability to monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with procurement, logistics, and other departments
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and implement best practices in production management
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate production records and reports
• Experience in managing and training production staff
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in SAP B1 software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field
