Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an Article Assistant at Chandan Hegde & Associates, Chartered Accountants. The Article Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as assisting with audit processes, preparing financial statements, performing tax calculations, filing returns, and supporting compliance procedures. The role also involves contributing to internal process improvements and interacting with clients to gather necessary data and documents.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, taxation, and auditing practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and other relevant tools
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and learn quickly
