Job descriptionYou are based in Mumbai and available for in-person collabs and shoot-related work. You live for grids, gradients, and getting the layout just right . You obsess over bold visual storytelling , scroll-stopping carousels, ad creatives, and brand kits. You’re not afraid to take ownership — you bring ideas , not just designs. You’re hunting for a place to build your portfolio with powerful work — and leave a mark. Design carousels, social media posts, ad creatives, packaging, and brand collateral. Create scroll-stopping static & animated creatives (bonus if you know motion!). Build visual identities for brands — you won’t just “execute,” you’ll conceptualize . Collaborate with content, video, and strategy teams to create high-conversion assets. Attend shoots, creative brainstorms, and client strategy sessions as required. Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) / Figma / Canva Pro Typography, layout, grids, colors, and basic branding theory Visual storytelling, CTA hierarchy, and creative psychology Trend spotting and adapting design to GenZ, corporate, or luxury aesthetics No micromanagement — just accountability and ownership Flexible hours, but full commitment Work-from-home + On-ground shoots or collab sessions (1–2 days / week minimum) Constant growth, strong feedback loops, and creative mentorship 3-month minimum Stipend : ₹8K – ₹12K based on output Strong interns will be hired full-time You’ll be treated like a full-time designer from Day 1
