Job Title : Container Surveyor - JIS 119833

Location - Qatar

Salary : QAR 2000 + QAR 450 food + Accommodation + Transportation + Tickets

Job Purpose – Inspection of containers and preparation of damage report

The responsibility of the Fabricator includes fitting, joining, fabricating and repairing containers by applying appropriate techniques to have the containers repaired as per industry standard and on timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. To inspect containers as per IICL standard or customer standard and preparation of estimate

2. To ensure delivery of containers in sound conditions

3. To report Supervisor if container arriving with heavy damage or its repair cost exceed beyond the permissible amount

4. Coordinate with yard supervisors in all yard activity

5. Good knowledge of our customer and their requirements

6. Ability to work extra hours according to the work requirements

7. Good knowledge of container floor repair and paint work and other needs

8. Perform a variety of tasks related to container repairs as and when required

9. Wear correct PPE gear at all times

10. Safe work practices and procedures are followed at all times
