Job Title : Associate Manager – Finance

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (First or Second Attempt Only)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with IND AS.

Lead day-to-day operations in Accounts & Finance, ensuring integrity and accuracy.

Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance.

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for various banking operations.

Oversee and manage Direct Tax matters including returns, assessments, and compliance.

Ensure smooth functioning and integration of processes in SAP ERP environment.

Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to support financial planning and analysis.

Required Skills and Experience :

Chartered Accountant – Cleared in 1st or 2nd attempt only.

Strong working knowledge of IND AS and relevant accounting standards.

Hands-on experience with SAP (FICO module preferred).

Proficiency in Accounts, Finance, and Banking operations.

Proven ability to handle audits and manage compliance efficiently.

Solid understanding of Direct Taxation and regulatory requirements.
