The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, Distribution & profitability of the region for Aftermarket lubricants business of Total Energies.
Exp : 8 to 12 Years
Role :
- Achieve sales Budget by Formulating Regional Sales Strategy from broad directives of ZH Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy.
- Design & Implement Distribution Strategy in consultation with ZH for improved Market penetration.
- Set targets for primary network as per the guidelines with due regards to volume growth, outflow and extraction of market potential. Direct, Motivate, Coach, Monitor & Appraise Subordinate Staff to maximize performance and increase efficiency.
- Ensure optimal allocation and effective utilization of A&P budget
- Ensure effective implementation of centrally coordinated strategies, promotions, campaigns, etc. Establish Market intelligence for information on Competition and business environment.
- Incorporate a proactive approach to recommend sales & marketing strategies for future needs of the State Ensure all aspects of the company's Health and Safety Policy are adhered to. Plan, Budget & Control all Expenses with effective monitoring systems.
