Designation : Senior Executive or Associate Manager, Creative Strategy
Qualifications :
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Advertising, or related field from a reputed institute.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital media ecosystems (preferably in an agency – strategy role is welcomed).
- Ability to pull and consolidate data from multiple sources and tools.
- Experience in analysing reports, mapping digital audience behaviour, and deriving data led insights.
- Skilled in PPTs and Excel.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with exposure to client management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Conduct research
Conduct category and competitor research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends.Analyse large data sets from multiple sources to map digital behaviour, campaign performance, and category insights.1. Support in developing strategies
Partner with clients to understand business goals and align strategy accordingly.Support managers on presentations, pitches, and day-to-day strategy deliverables.Work with creative, design, tech, and media teams to drive campaign execution.1. Monitor and analyse the performance of brand initiatives, campaigns, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
