Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Flutter(Mobile App) + Front-End Developer(Web) with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building mobile applications using Flutter and developing responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to convert ideas into functional, high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Flutter Development :

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Android & iOS)

Write clean, reusable, and scalable Dart code

Implement modern UI / UX designs and animations

Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third-party libraries

Optimize applications for performance, speed, and responsiveness

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or bugs

Work closely with designers and backend teams

Front-End Web Development :

Build responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (ReactJs / NextJs / Angular — choose based on your requirement)

Develop user-friendly, pixel-perfect interfaces based on UI / UX designs

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Enhance website performance, loading speed, and SEO-friendly structure

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content

Required Skills & Qualifications :

2–3 years of professional experience in Flutter app development

Good knowledge of Dart, mobile architecture, and state management tools (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.)

Intermediate front-end development experience including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap / Tailwind

Hands-on experience integrating APIs and Firebase

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Knowledge of Git version control

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and time-management skills

Preferred Skills :

Experience in publishing apps on Play Store / App Store

Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.Js, Python, PHP, Firebase)

Knowledge of animations and advanced UI / UX development

Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent (flexible based on skills).
