Job Description :

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-driven

Manager / Sr. Manager

to lead CRM and Complaint system projects with energy, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.

Location- Malad, Mumbai

Designation- Manager / Sr Manager- IT CRM and Complaints Applications

Key Responsibilities :

Hands on knowledge on Life Insurance Business processes and policy life cycle.

Should be a part of IT team or POC of the functional department who liaise with IT team for any system requirement or Change Request.

Should have knowledge of SDLC.

Overall knowledge of Life Insurance domain with depth knowledge of Post Issuance journeys and process.

Someone involved in production support would be given preference.

Should have knowledge of JIRA or other ticketing and project management tools.

Good communication skills.

Should be able to handle queries and route it correctly at L1 level.

Technical Skills : SQL queries

VAPT risk and mitigation

  • .Net ( Desirable)

Qualifications & Experience :

7+ years of experience Post Qualification.

Should have an excellent production support skill, which should include resource and time management ability.

Should have the ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders expectations.
