Job Description :

Senior Business Analyst focused on customer engagement and functional analysis for supplemental health product portfolios within the life insurance space.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a primary customer-facing analyst for life insurance clients.
• Conduct thorough review and analysis of customer product portfolios / features.
• Extract, review, and synthesize extensive client documentation.
• Capture, analyze, and document functional business requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and requirements discovery sessions.
• Prepare deliverables including feature summaries and business requirement documents.
• Provide senior-level functional insight to support modernization efforts.

Requirements :

QUALIFICATION :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
