About the Role
We are looking for experienced ORM Specialist to join our global team. You will be supporting international customers through email, chat, and other online support channels. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems, with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in customer support, especially within ISP, Telecom, or related technology sectors, is essential for this role.
You will take ownership of resolving customer challenges and technical issues across a variety of channels, ensuring our clients receive timely, professional, and effective support. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial. Any interest in sports will be an added value.
This role requires
excellent written English skills , attention to detail, and the ability to
communicate effectively with global customers .
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer queries and issues via email, chat, and social media with accuracy and professionalism.
Document all customer interactions and solutions comprehensively.
Collaborate with internal teams to handle escalations or complex technical challenges.
Drive customer satisfaction while
meeting SLAs for response and resolution time .
Use Google Docs, Excel / Sheets, and Google Slides to analyze response metrics and present basic reputation reports.
Managed brand presence and engagement across key digital platforms including Reddit, Trustpilot, App Store, and Google Play Store.
Manage reports, documentation, and any other related tasks that are assigned from time-to-time.
Offer
multilingual support , if applicable, to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum
1- 2 years of hands-on experience
in customer support, including
email, chat and other online channels.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly, adapt to evolving processes, and multitask under pressure.
Customer-centric approach with an
emphasis on empathy and efficiency
and providing resolution.
