Mandatory Skills : BFSI Domain, BRD, FRD, SRS, Wireframes, UML, XML, Workflow, API Integration.

Job description

• Mandatory prior experience in Global Markets / Investment Banking knowledge preferably in regulator / compliance related projects
• Good hands on producing / authoring BRDs, FRDs
• Detailed Insurance / BFSI Domain Knowledge across a range of products :
• Hands on experience on trade, reference data analysis, mapping
• Work independently with business and stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (comfortable in written and verbal communications) to facilitate with users from around the world and from different cultural backgrounds) , relationship management and flexible interpersonal skills,
• A structured approach to the management and planning of their own work (able to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritizing appropriately and transparently)
• Accountability for delivery - takes ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution with minimal supervision,
• Experienced in working with resources in geographically dispersed teams, appreciating and respecting local cultures,
• Able to articulate clearly the project lifecycle and application development process including best practice methodologies and an uncompromising eye for quality
