Job description

Job Purpose :

To oversee and manage the online sales and presence of the company’s products across e-commerce platforms, ensuring revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence.
  • Manage online listings, pricing, and product content across marketplaces (e.G., Amazon, Flipkart, company website).
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize digital campaigns.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertisements in coordination with marketing teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Handle vendor relationships, payment reconciliations, and marketplace compliance requirements.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and address escalations or service-related issues.

Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management or online retail.
