Summary :

As a Tech Delivery SME for SAP SuccessFactors Integrations, the selected contractor will drive innovative delivery practices, collaborate with clients to understand needs, analyse requirements, and implement technology best practices. The role demands enhancing the organisation’s reputation by leveraging deep technical and business acumen to shape strategies and deliver emerging solutions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform independently and serve as a subject matter expert (SME).

Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.

Provide solutions to work-related problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and offer insights.

Mentor and guide junior team members..

Professional & Technical Skills

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical (minimum 3 years’ experience required).

Strong grasp of integration methodologies and best practices.

Experience with data mapping and transformation techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.

Familiarity with various APIs and web services for integration.
