Job descriptionAnalyze user insights and growth data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with product, design, and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute growth ideas. Support the development of frameworks and reports that track engagement, adoption, and retention metrics. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Strong interest in growth strategy, analytics, and product optimization. Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of small projects. Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving Data Interpretation & Reporting Curiosity and Research Skills Collaboration & Coordination Strategic Thinking Support growth experiments focused on improving product reach and user engagement. Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and user needs. Build dashboards, reports, or frameworks to measure key growth metrics. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable outcomes. Identify potential areas for operational or product improvements through data-driven insights. Prior internship or project experience in growth, analytics, or product strategy. Familiarity with wearable technology, AI-driven systems, or immersive tech. Enthusiasm for exploring how technology can shape human learning and growth.
