Description
We are seeking an experienced ITIL professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT service management and a deep understanding of ITIL best practices. You will play a crucial role in improving our IT services and ensuring that they align with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Implement ITIL best practices in IT service management processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of service management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across IT services and processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery and support.
- Provide training and support to staff on ITIL processes and tools.
Skills and Qualifications
2-7 years of experience in IT service management or related field.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its processes.ITIL certification (Foundational or Intermediate level preferred).Experience with service desk tools and ITSM software.Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.Skills Required
