We are on the look out for a Account Director to work with a leading Advertising Agency in Mumbai!
Job Summary :
The Account Director will lead client relationships, overseeing strategic planning, campaign delivery, and team performance for key digital accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, client management, and creative strategy to ensure successful execution of campaigns that drive measurable results and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
- Lead the account management team in conceptualizing, briefing, and delivering integrated campaigns across digital platforms (social media, performance marketing, SEO, content, etc.).
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure campaign excellence and timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance , analyze results, and present actionable insights and reports to clients.
- Oversee budget management , project timelines, and resource allocation for multiple clients.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and effectiveness.
- Mentor and manage a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends , emerging technologies, and digital best practices.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications , or related field.5+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within a digital or integrated advertising agency .Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns across multiple platforms.Strong understanding of digital media, social strategy, content marketing, and performance metrics .Excellent leadership, communication, and client presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and ROI.Preferred :
