Sr.Animator QA – Video & Animation Category

Location : Ahmedabad | Onsite

Working Hours : 11 : 30 AM to 7 : 30 PM, 5 Days a Week (Fixed 8 Hours)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Video & Animation Professional with a keen sense of storytelling, timing, and motion design. This role involves evaluating the creative and technical quality of freelancers’ work across multiple video and animation domains, ensuring projects meet international standards of excellence.

You will collaborate with global freelancers and buyers, reviewing diverse creative submissions, and identifying top-tier professionals who truly represent world-class video and animation quality.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and score freelancer submissions in categories such as :

  • Video Editing
  • Logo Animation
  • Intros & Outros
  • Animated Explainer Videos
  • 3D Character Animation
  • Motion Graphics and Visual Effects

Assess work for creativity, visual flow, pacing, audio synchronisation, and overall production value.

Provide detailed, constructive written feedback in fluent English to justify each evaluation.

Collaborate with international teams to maintain consistency in evaluation standards.

Contribute ideas to improve quality benchmarks and assessment processes.

Stay updated with trends, techniques, and emerging tools in animation and video production.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video production, animation, or motion design.
  • Strong understanding of storyboarding, visual rhythm, scene composition, and timing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and a high level of consistency in creative evaluation.
  • Passion for video, animation, and innovation in digital storytelling.
