Technical & Functional Expertise

• 4–8 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2+ years in Consumer Goods Cloud or TPM .
• Strong understanding of TPM components : Promotions, Tactics, CBP, Claims, KPIs, Trade Planning, Product Hierarchies .
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
• Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations .
