About this role :
We're seeking experienced technical recruiters to join our hiring panel on a full-time basis.
You will work closely with our internal team and technical interviewers to identify, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent for our clients and internal requirements.
Skillsets you will recruit for include Full Stack Development, Data Engineering, AI / Machine Learning, DevOps & Cloud, Frontend Development, Backend Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity and Network Engineering, QA / Automation Testing, ERP & CRM, and Product and Solution Architecture roles.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial technical screening discussions to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with technical interviewers and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Leverage job portals, referrals, and networking for proactive candidate sourcing.
- Maintain detailed recruitment metrics and candidate reports.
