Requirement- Technical Project Manager

Experience :

8+ years (including PM experience)-Core Technical(software side).

Mandate Skills-Technical Project Manager,

Java-based microservices applications

in an

eCommerce domain,Spring boot,Agile,Jira.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years

of IT experience, with at least

3+ years in Project Management .

Strong understanding of

Java ,

Spring Boot , and

Microservices architecture .

Hands-on experience or working knowledge of

eCommerce platforms

(e.g., SAP Commerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).

Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS / Azure / GCP) and

CI / CD pipelines .

Excellent knowledge of

Agile methodologies

and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and

excellent communication skills .

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery for

Java-based microservices applications

in an

eCommerce domain .

Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope.

Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure adherence to

Agile / Scrum methodologies

and best practices.

Coordinate with development teams for design, development, and deployment activities.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Maintain clear communication between offshore and onshore teams.

Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Computer Science ,

Engineering , or related field.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

with a strong technical background in

Java Microservices

and proven experience in

eCommerce platforms . The candidate will lead offshore delivery teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.
