Job description

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who has hands-on expertise in scaling D2C eCommerce brands in the US, UK, or European markets.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven performance marketer who understands how to manage and optimize campaigns across Performance Max, Shopping Ads, Search, and Display, while maximizing key metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPA, CAC, AOV, and LTV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube) for global D2C markets.
  • Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center (GMC) feeds and product listings to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Analyze performance data using GA4 and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
  • Continuously test ad copies, keywords, and bidding strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to align campaign creatives with audience behavior and brand positioning.
  • Monitor key metrics : AOV, LTV, CAC, ROI, and identify opportunities for scaling profitable campaigns.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads trends, D2C market shifts, and competitor activities across international markets.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in D2C or eCommerce (international markets preferred).
  • Proven success managing Performance Max and Shopping campaigns at scale.
  • Strong command of Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce performance metrics (ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV, AOV).
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Google Analytics is a plus.
