About the Role :
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and emerging ad networks to scale our course enrollments and revenue.
Your goal will be to drive leads, conversions, and revenue through data-driven strategies, A / B testing, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta Ads.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and creative testing to improve CTR and ROI.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to build conversion-focused creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Manage and track ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend across channels.
- Implement tracking and conversion pixels accurately.
- Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to leadership.
