Job Description

• Technical Delivery : Design, develop, test, and implement robust integration solutions on the Workato iPaaS platform, adhering to the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.
• Migration Execution : Actively participate in the technical analysis and execution of migrating existing interfaces from TIBCO / Java Microservices to WORKATO, ensuring a smooth and reliable transition.
• Best Practices & Quality : Contribute to team best practices by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the platform.
• Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in integration workflows, from development through to production environments.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Technical Leads, architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Documentation : Create and maintain clear technical documentation for all developed solutions, including data mappings, API specifications, and support guides.

The Successful Applicant

• The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on development experience in at least one of the following core areas, with a broad understanding of the others :
• Middleware Service bus or iPaaS platform : Primary : Strong experience with WORKATO .
• Good to Have : TIBCO, MuleSoft, or a similar enterprise-grade platform.
• API Platform : Experience developing for API management solutions like Apigee , Kong, or AWS API Gateway.
• Streaming or Event-driven platform : Solid understanding and working knowledge of Kafka or an equivalent event-driven platform.
• File Transfer Solution : Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) protocols and solutions.
• Cloud Platforms : Working experience with a major cloud provider ( Azure , AWS, GCP).
