Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Talent Sourcing : Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaboration : Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and role requirements.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
