Designation Assistant Facility Manager (Soft)

Location NCR

Reporting To Sr Manager / City Lead

Role & Responsibilities

Daily facility workaround checklist

Coordinating with clients for any pending complaints, bills, etc.

Daily Briefing Facility Executive about Planned activities and major Building compliant

Daily checking all Security & HK Logbook, Report, etc.

Weekly Report.

Coordinating with the Vendors

Month-end checking consumable and raising indent for the same.

Every month prepare material snag list and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations

Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar

Ensuring END to End services under facility management

Skillset required

Strong knowledge of property operations

The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.

Solid background in team management.

To ensure the smooth functioning of the Facility Operations.

To work within approved budgets.

Experience (Years) required

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
