12–15 years post-qualification (CA)

Compensation on Offer :

As per market standards

Job Type :

Full-time, On-site 6 days a week with 2nd & 4th Saturdays off.

Location :

Sudhama Nagar, South Bengaluru

Industry :

Real Estate Development / Infrastructure

Primary Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Oversee

quarterly (limited review)

and

annual (audited)

financial statement finalization as per

IND-AS / IGAAP .

Prepare

Annual Business Plans (ABP)

and present to the Board for approval.

Prepare and monitor

MIS reports

— Cash Flow, P&L, Demand vs Collections, and other management reports.

Taxation & Regulatory

Develop and execute

taxation strategies

aligned with business goals.

Lead

Direct and Indirect Tax compliance , including

GST, Income Tax, TDS , and related returns.

Supervise

GST annual returns and audits , ensuring reconciliation with financial statements.

Draft and file

replies for inquiries, audits, assessments, and investigations ; represent the company before tax authorities.

Review

advance tax workings , ensure timely and accurate filing of

TDS returns , and manage all

tax audits and assessments .

Ensure compliance under

RERA

and coordinate with auditors for timely closure of statutory audits.

Business Planning & Control

Contribute proactively to

monthly, quarterly, and annual closures .

Review and refine financial processes to align with changing statutory norms (GST, Income Tax, IND-AS).

Evaluate project cash flows, fund utilization, and support business leaders in decision-making.

Stakeholder & Audit Coordination

Coordinate with

statutory and internal auditors

for reviews, finalization, and certifications.

Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

(projects, procurement, legal, business development) for financial controls and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

CA qualification is mandatory

(CS or CMA added advantage).

12–15 years of post-qualification experience

in Finance, Accounts, and Taxation.

Strong exposure to

Real Estate / Developer-side accounting ; experience in

Infrastructure or EPC

sectors will be a plus.

In-depth knowledge of

IND-AS, GST, Direct & Indirect Taxation , and

RERA compliance .

Strong command over

financial systems and ERP platforms

(SAP / Oracle preferred).

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage

multiple audits and projects simultaneously

with high accuracy and integrity.
