Compensation : ₹18,000–25,000 Gross per month

Role Summary

Oversee day-to-day HR operations : employee master data, attendance, leave, workflows, approvals, log / track tickets, drive issue resolution, and implement minor process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HRMS operations : employee master data, attendance, leave, workflows, and approvals.
• Coordinate with HRMS support : log / track tickets, drive issue resolution, and implement minor process improvements.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, LOP, reimbursements, variable pay).
• Structure and verify CTC break-ups;
• review payslips;

coordinate with Finance for timely disbursal.
