What You'll Do

• Architect and implement scalable data solutions leveraging Azure and Databricks .
• Own the complete lifecycle of data platform implementations—from requirement gathering and architecture design to deployment and delivery.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade data products.
• Explore emerging technologies like GenAI and vector databases to drive innovation.
• Mentor and guide data engineering teams while promoting best practices in performance, governance, and quality.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives in capability building, solution design, and talent development.

What You'll Bring

✅ 9+ years of overall technical experience, including 4+ years hands-on with Azure + Databricks .

✅ Led at least 2 end-to-end Data Lakehouse projects involving Medallion Architecture.

✅ Deep expertise across the Databricks ecosystem — PySpark, Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables, Workflows, SQL Warehouse, Mosaic AI, AI / BI Genie.

✅ Strong proficiency in Python & SQL , with solid debugging and performance tuning skills.

✅ Proven experience with Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Microsoft Fabric, Event Hub, Stream Analytics, Cosmos DB , and Azure Purview .

✅ Sound understanding of data modeling (Dimensional & 3NF) and metadata-driven frameworks .

✅ Exposure to LLM / GenAI-powered applications and CI / CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
