Talent Management Specialist

Location : Indore, MP

Work Mode : Work from Office

Salary : Up to ₹28,000

Work Schedule

Working Days : 5.5 days per week

Working Hours : 9.5 hours per day

Shifts : Rotational (including night shifts)

Week Offs : Rotational

Key Responsibilities

Support HR operations including shift planning and attendance tracking

Maintain employee records and update internal databases

Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives

Collaborate with team leads to understand staffing needs

Eligibility

Education : Undergraduate students and freshers are welcome

Experience : No prior experience required (training will be provided)

Skills :

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)

Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
