This office will be providing business support to Joscocare and therefore will be dealing with Clients and workers who are exclusively based in the UK and this job is about managing people and expectations.

The Office is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm UK time spread over 2 shifts (6 am-3 pm and 9 am to 10 pm GMT). You are required to work 48 hours / week and depending on the shifts, you will have 3 days or 2 days off after 5 days of work. There is no option to choose the shifts and therefore only those who are able to work on both shifts as part of a rota only need to apply and it is a condition of employment that you live within 10km of Office and should have own transport. The company DOES NOT provide accommodation but may help to find one.
As a Support Manager, you will be able to think clearly under pressure and time is of the essence and analytical and problem-solving skills with persuasive and go get attitude is required.
Punctuality and a high level of work ethics is an absolute must.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and with neutral or UK accent is an absolute must and therefore people who have no exposure to English speaking environment need not apply.
If successful at the interview, you would need to undertake a month of training and if you successfully complete the training, you will be required to sign a 2-year commitment with the company. Therefore, those who cannot commit for a minimum period of 2 years, need not apply.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a UK branch with a team of Health Care Assistants and Nurses (around 200 staff)
- Manage a group of UK Clients who are Healthcare providers (Care & Nursing Homes, Hospitals, etc)
Shift administration : allocate work to the UK staff working for your branch in compliance with our well-established process and protocols and ensure our clients receive the resources they require, every time.
