Job description
Job title / Designation : Senior Key Relationship Officer (SKRO)
Job Description :
Sales & Marketing of secured loan products such as Housing Finance, Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan, Lending Products -field / direct sales etc.
Familiarity with Housing Loan sourcing and knowledge of the Particular market and should have DSA or Open Market Experience
Must have Knowledge of Any LAP / HL /Mortgage / Lending product -field / direct sales.
Must have earned incentives in the last 03 months.
Responsible for acquiring and managing customers via open market.
Guide the customer through the loan application and approval process.
Willingness to work in open market sourcing for Housing Loans.
Ticket Size 30L to 1Cr
Requirements
Candidate Profile :
Education – Undergraduate or Graduate.
Age: Below 32 years
Experience – Minimum 6 Months -to 1-Year experience in Housing Loans
Must have a Two Wheeler
Knowledge of Local areas is preferred.
Must have a Good CIBIL Score 650+.
No employment gaps in their professional career
Immediate joiners or Less than 30days notice is preferred.
