Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer (Builder / Architect)

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Reporting to : AI Product Lead

Experience : 8+ years total, 4+ years in AI / ML system development and end-to-end product delivery

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on full-stack AI engineer who can architect, code, and ship AI-powered products end-to-end, from model integration to frontend experience.

This role combines the depth of an AI / ML engineer with the breadth of a full-stack developer. You’ll build production-grade AI systems that include backend services, frontend interfaces, data integrations, and deployment pipelines.

You’ll be the technical anchor of Solifi’s AI product team, working closely with the AI Product Lead, Data Scientist, and Data Engineer to deliver scalable, customer-facing AI features.

Key Responsibilities

• Own architecture and development of full-stack AI solutions - backend, APIs, and frontend experiences.
• Build and deploy production-ready AI applications integrating data pipelines, models, and user interfaces.
• Design and implement backend services (Python / Node) that connect ML models and business logic.
• Develop frontend interfaces (React, Angular, or similar) for pilots, internal tools, and live products.
• Implement model orchestration and inference APIs, with observability and scalability.
• Manage CI / CD, deployment, and monitoring (initially handle MLOps automation within the team).
• Work with Data Scientist and Data Engineer to streamline data flow and model serving.
• Ensure clean architecture, modular design, and strong security / compliance practices.
• Mentor team members and help shape engineering standards and reusable frameworks.
