Key Responsibilities :

• Submit dental insurance claims electronically and manually with high accuracy
• Review patient records, treatment plans, and insurance coverage for proper coding and documentation
• Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Maintain current aging reports and communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues effectively
• Work with front office staff and patients to clarify billing inquiries and account balances
