Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary individual who can lead the Institute of Engineering for JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science or a related discipline, with proven leadership skills, academic excellence, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in engineering education and research.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Institute of Engineering, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among faculty, staff and students.
• Oversee all aspects of academic programs, curriculum development and student affairs within the Institute, ensuring alignment with industry trends, technological advancements, and accreditation standards.
• Lead efforts to enhance research initiatives, securing external funding, fostering interdisciplinary collaborations and promoting a vibrant research culture among faculty and students.
• Drive initiatives to recruit, retain and develop world-class faculty members, supporting their professional growth, research endeavours, and commitment to teaching excellence.
• Collaborate with industry partners, government agencies and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for research collaboration, technology transfer and experiential learning opportunities for students.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student recruitment, enrollment and retention, ensuring a diverse and inclusive learning environment that supports student success and career readiness.
• Represent the Institute of Engineering within the university community, as well as externally through participation in conferences, seminars and industry events.
