Project Support & Coordination

Assist in developing project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans

Monitor project progress and track key milestones

Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and suppliers

Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports

Support project meetings and client communications

Technical & Engineering Support

Review engineering drawings specifications and technical documents

Assist in quality control inspections and testing

Monitor compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Support design reviews and change order processes

Coordinate with engineering consultants and technical teams

Administrative & Financial Management

Track project expenses and maintain budget controls

Process invoices and payment requests

Maintain project files and documentation systems

Prepare progress reports and dashboards

Support contract administration and procurement processes

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field

2-4 years of experience in construction or engineering projects

Understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods

Knowledge of project management software (MS Project Primavera etc.)

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software

Understanding of construction contracts and specifications

Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and building codes

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills
