Job descriptionCandidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient, high-quality solutions while ensuring that technical best practices are followed. Manage the end-to-end Salesforce solution, from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Requirements Gathering : Analyze business requirements Solution Design : Analyze business requirements and design Salesforce solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices. Act as a liaison between business users and development teams for system improvements and integrations. Show and Tell – One must possess good presentation skills about Traceability Matrix from Requirements to Design to Functionality Implementation. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in Salesforce platforms (Sales / Service / Communities(mandatory) / B2BCommerce (preferred) / Agentforce (optional)). Salesforce Certifications : Business Analyst, Administrator, App Builder, Agentforce .

- Education : Master’s degree in any stream of Engineering
- Experience : Total 9+ years of experience. (Around 5 years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture) and (additional 3 to 4 years as Salesforce Admin or Developer) Excellent knowledge of architecture, design, data & integration needed.
